Reviews show where we stand. On Google, we have a 4.9 out of 5-star rating based on over 500 reviews, and in our online store, we have over 1,700 reviews with an average rating of 4.8 stars. The Lenz Heat Sock 5.1 Toe Cap Set alone has over 120 reviews.
Why not a 5.0?
Things don’t always go perfectly for us either. Sometimes a size doesn’t fit; other times, a package is delayed. When it comes to delivery, we do everything we can: The postal service picks up the packages directly from our warehouse in Baar and takes them straight to the package center without stopping at a post office. What matters most is how we handle problems: quickly, personally, and with flexibility. For a Swiss online store with so many orders and reviews, a 4.9 rating is a huge compliment to us.
