Shipping questions
All products offered in the store are available directly from our warehouse. Orders placed before 3 p.m. will be delivered the same day by Swiss Post (colis prioritaire) and delivered to you the following working day.
Yes, we will send you the Swiss Post tracking code by email after dispatch. As we deliver your parcel directly to the Swiss Post distribution base, the first scan will be sometime during the night. Delivery by A Mail (Colis Prioritaire) is for all orders up to 15h directly on the following working day (delivery Monday to Friday).
All orders received by 3 p.m. are guaranteed to be dispatched on the same day.

We will immediately confirm receipt of your return by email. Any payments already made will usually be refunded to you on the same day and also confirmed by email.
Please make sure that you can be identified as the sender of your return. The easiest way to do this is to enclose the original delivery bill or an email copy of your order confirmation.
The size doesn't fit? You want something else?
No problem!
Send us an email and tell us which size you want to exchange the item for.
Bergfritz will send you the desired size immediately. With the replacement shipment, you will also receive a prepaid return label for the previously received or incorrectly ordered product. You can then simply hand in the incorrect product at the nearest post office free of charge.
Any price difference in your favor will be refunded immediately.

When paying by invoice, we work together with MF-Group AG. This external company will then send you an invoice by email approx. 48 hours after ordering and after receiving your delivery. This invoice must be paid within 14 days. Otherwise, a postal invoice will be sent to you at the end of the month for a fee of CHF 2.90. If this invoice is also not paid on time, MF Group AG will charge reminder fees.
No, payment by credit card or with Twint is free of charge for you.
The same applies to invoices - as long as you pay the invoice sent by email within 14 days. Otherwise invoice and reminder fees will be charged.

Yes, the new battery packs are compatible with all Lenz products with push-button connections.
The Slim version has a slightly narrower cut, especially in the footbed. The Slim version is also slightly narrower in the lower leg area. This version is often bought by women.
The Lenz Heat Sock 6.1 Toe Cap Merino Compression is a very thin and sporty sock. We recommend it for ambitious recreational athletes (e.g. tourers). The higher merino content makes this sock particularly comfortable to wear.
The Lenz Heat Sock 5.1 is the classic among heated ski socks and the perfect choice for every skier and outdoor athlete.
If you do not use the battery for a longer period of time (e.g. summer), half charge the battery. Ideally, the manufacturer recommends discharging and half-charging the battery every 6 months if it is not used for a long time.
Bergfritz Tip:
Modern rechargeable batteries recover well through use and repeated charging during the season. Be sure to charge the battery completely overnight before and after the first day of skiing.

Bergfritz grants you a full warranty of 24 months on all offered products (according to the warranty conditions of the manufacturer).
Lenz grants you a warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase.

Complaints based on slightly different charging states of lithium packs in the Lenz heat app in charging or heating mode are excluded from the warranty. Lithium packs and heating elements are naturally subject to production-related tolerances. These differences have no noticeable effect on the heating performance and heating duration of the product.

The problem can be solved by fully charging the battery overnight and then using it normally. After you have repeated this process three times, the battery should have recovered and provide the usual performance.
DW Mountaintec grants you a warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase.
At DW Mountaintec, the battery is unfortunately designated as a wear item and cannot be replaced under warranty. This is a provision of the manufacturer and Bergfritz has no influence on this.
