All products offered in the store are directly available in our warehouse. Orders placed before 15h will be shipped the same day by Swiss Post (colis prioritaire) and delivered to you the following business day.

Yes, we will send you a tracking code of Swiss Post by email after shipping.

All orders received by 15h are guaranteed to be shipped the same day.

If this is not enough for you, please send us a short email BEFORE ordering and we will see if there is a solution for your special request.

The receipt of your return will be confirmed immediately by email. Any payments already made will usually be refunded the same day and also confirmed by email.

Please make sure that you can be identified as the sender of your return. The easiest way is to enclose the original delivery bill or an email copy of your order confirmation.

The size does not fit? You have chosen the wrong one?

No problem:

You write us an email which size you want to exchange the article for.

Bergfritz will send you the desired size immediately. With the replacement shipment you will also receive a prepaid return label for the previously received or incorrectly ordered product. This way, you can simply return the unsuitable product to the nearest post office counter free of charge.

Any price difference in your favor will be refunded immediately.

For payment by invoice we work together with MF-Group AG. This external company will then send you an invoice by email about 48 hours after ordering and after receiving your delivery. This invoice must be paid within 14 days. Otherwise, a postal invoice will be sent to you at the end of the month for a fee of CHF 2.90. If this invoice is not paid in time, MF Group AG will charge a reminder fee.

No, payment by credit card or Twint are free of charge for you.

The same applies to invoice - as long as you pay the invoice sent by email within 14 days. Otherwise reminder fees will apply.

The models with 0 at the end are the sock models from last season. Lenz has slightly adapted the models with the same technology from the design and packaging.

The battery are identical and compatible and have the same performance.

If a model of the pre-season variant in your size is still available, you can make a real bargain. Otherwise, you also benefit from the attractive Bergfritz discount prices for the new models.

The Slim version is cut a little narrower, especially in the footbed. Also in the lower leg area, the Slim version is somewhat narrower. This version is more often bought by ladies.

The Lenz Heat Sock 6.0 and 6.1 Toe Cap Merion Compression is a very thin and sporty sock. We recommend this for ambitious recreational athletes (eg tourers). The high merino content makes this sock particularly comfortable to wear.

The Lenz Heat Sock 5.0 and 5.1 is the classic among the heated ski socks and the perfect choice for every skier and outdoor athlete.

If you do not use the battery for a longer period of time (e.g. summer), half charge the battery. Ideally, the manufacturer recommends discharging and half-charging the battery every 6 months if it is not used for a long time.

Bergfritz Tip:

Modern rechargeable batteries recover well through use and repeated charging during the season. Be sure to charge the battery completely overnight before and after the first day of skiing.

Warranty

Bergfritz grants you a full warranty of 24 months on all offered products (according to the warranty conditions of the manufacturer).

Lenz grants you a warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase.

Please note:
Complaints based on slightly different charging states of lithium packs in the Lenz heat app in charging or heating mode are excluded from the warranty. Lithium packs and heating elements are naturally subject to production-related tolerances. These differences have no noticeable effect on the heating performance and heating duration of the product.

Do you have the feeling that your battery is not working at full capacity? If the battery has not been used for a long time, you may experience a temporary loss of performance. The problem can be solved by fully charging the battery overnight and then using it normally. After you have repeated this process three times, the battery should have recovered and provide the usual performance.

DW Mountaintec grants you a warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase.

In case of a warranty claim, please send a short email to info@bergfritz.ch and describe the problem. In particular, it is important for our support to identify whether the problem is with the product or the battery.

Bergfritz is DW premium partner and can also decide directly about warranty exchange.

The battery is guaranteed for 83% performance after 24 months.

Do you have the feeling that your battery is no longer providing full power? If the battery has not been used for a longer period of time, a temporary loss of performance may occur. The problem can be solved by fully charging the battery overnight and then using it normally. After repeating this process three times, the battery should have recovered and perform as usual.
