Tips for Purchasing
Choose the capacity based on your usage (e.g., Lenz Heat Pack 2.0 for shorter trips, 2000 mAh for longer ones) and make sure the battery model is compatible with your heating system. We’re happy to help you choose—just contact us.

With the right batteries, you can ensure that your heated gear works reliably—no matter how cold it gets. Unfortunately, though, the colder it gets, the shorter the battery life becomes.

Frequently Asked Questions About Rechargeable Batteries

Which battery is compatible with my product?

Lenz heated socks, heated gloves, and heated vests are compatible with all Lenz lithium packs (Heat Pack 2.0, rcB 1400, and rcB 2000). For Bergfritz products, you’ll need the Bergfritz replacement batteries; for the Snowlife Heat GTX, you’ll need the Snowlife replacement battery.

How long does a battery last?

When used with heated socks on Level 1, the Lenz Heat Pack 2.0 lasts 9–13 hours, the rcB 1400 lasts 12.5–16.5 hours, and the rcB 2000 lasts 18.5–23 hours. Gloves and heated vests require more power and therefore have a shorter runtime. In extremely cold weather, the runtime decreases.

What are the benefits of Bluetooth?

You can conveniently control the Lenz rcB batteries with Bluetooth using the Lenz Heat app. With the Heat Pack 2.0 without Bluetooth, you select the 3 heat settings directly on the battery.

How long does it take to charge?

The Bergfritz batteries and the Snowlife replacement battery are fully charged again in about 4–6 hours.
