Clothing for snowshoeing
- Onion-skin principle
- Don't overdress (no ski suit)
- Breathable T-shirt
- Functional long-sleeved shirt and a softshell jacket
- Additionally wear a rain and down jacket for breaks
- Headband or hat, the greatest heat loss occurs at the head
- Thick hiking pants or a thinner version with long underpants
- Ordinary hiking boots. Must be high-cut and waterproof
